Terms  and conditions of delivery and payment

Delivery is available on working days , from Monday to Friday. Ordered goods are shipped via GLS parcel delivery service provider.

Home delivery costs

Free delivery for orders over 35 000 HUF in Hungary, over 115 EUR in EU

Home delivery costs 1890 HUF, Outside of Hungary the fee schedule varies, which you can find during the checkout process.
Since our playmats are 3mm thick and really large, their shipping weight more than 3 kilograms, so the shipping fee is also higher than average.

The above indicated prices are gross prices inclusive of VAT.

 

 Detailed terms of delivery and pick up

 Customers can select from the following  delivery options during filling in order form:

Home delivery: delivery from Monday to Friday, on working days from 8:00–17:00. Delivery time vary from 1-3 working days, (2-5 days in EU) but  in case you place your order in the morning,  you might stand a good chance to get your parcel the following day.

 E-mails with notifications are sent about the status of your order . However, our e-mails or notifications in connection with orders might arrive in Promotions and /or Spam folders. After having placed an order with us and not finding our e-mails,  you are kindly ask to check out these folders as well.

 

Payment options

Online payment by bank card: Having finalised their order, customers are transferred to a payment system called Barion Smart Getaway. This platform allows customers to pay for their order safely by card, even without registration. In case of payment failure for any reason, orders are deleted.

Cash on delivery: payment on delivery:

  • in cash: in case of home delivery (only in Hungary)
  • by bank card in case of home delivery (only in Hungary)

 

Invoicing.

 An e-invoice on your order is sent to your registered or entered e-mail address.
